SpaceX, the private American aerospace manufacturer and space transportation company, successfully launched a Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California on Thursday, February 22, 2024, to add more Starlink satellites to the company’s existing satellite network. The mission, which was the 17th of 2024 for SpaceX, deployed 22 Starlink broadband satellites into low Earth orbit (LEO) about 62 minutes after liftoff.
